Stella Xu is Procurement Director at Yoocar, specializing in strategic sourcing and global supply chain management. She focuses on building and managing high-value strategic partnerships in the IoV and telecommunications industries, working closely with global Tier-1 telecom operators and top automotive component suppliers to support a stable, cost-effective supply chain for Yoocar’s connectivity hardware and services.

With a strong engineering background, she understands the automotive industry’s strict quality and compliance requirements, implementing proactive procurement strategies to meet global expansion needs and secure key resources for L4 autonomous driving solutions.

Before joining Yoocar in 2025, she was Procurement Director at Yunji Zhixing, and previously served as Senior Purchasing Manager at Jidu Automobile and SAIC Lianchuang Electronics, with five years of experience as Purchasing Manager at Faurecia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Power Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
