James Liu serves as Assistant General Manager and Leader of the Autonomous Vehicle Task Force at Yoocar. With strong technical insight and execution skills, he focuses on new business development in autonomous driving and RoboX, turning advanced connectivity technologies into practical, commercial solutions.

He leads rapid strategic deployment and ecosystem building, leveraging his legal background and mobile network expertise to drive Yoocar’s L4 connectivity solutions. He excels in leading cross-functional teams and high-priority projects to strengthen Yoocar’s global leadership in autonomous driving.

Previously, he was Director of Major Projects at Gotell Technology (2015–2021) and led Yoocar’s Procurement Department, with early experience in telecommunications and venture innovation at China Unicom. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
