Frank Gao is Vice President of Sales and Head of the Sales Center at Yoocar, with extensive experience in strategic account management for the automotive technology sector. He has over 10 years of leadership experience at leading international automotive suppliers, focusing on combining technical execution with commercial growth to establish Yoocar as a trusted partner for global OEMs in the IoV and autonomous driving markets.

With a solid control engineering background, he excels in project delivery and building high-value customer relationships, efficiently leading large-scale cross-border projects to support Yoocar’s global partners.

Before joining Yoocar in September 2025, he worked at Aptiv for 10 years, rising from Senior Project Manager to Director of the Customer Business Unit. He also held system engineering and project management roles at Valeo and United Automotive Electronic Systems. He holds a Master’s degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Automation from Shanghai University.
